  • Sold a Condo home in 2022 in Lincoln park. We got to know Julie from a neighbor who sold their condo before us. Since they highly recommended her, it was a no brainer for us to go with Julie. And we are so glad we made the right choice. Julie, Maggie and the entire team is just so great to work with. The entire selling process was very smooth and they provided detailed instructions for every stage. Also because of the COVID situation, we did not want to do open house. Maggie accommodated our request and sometimes had to do 3~4 separate showings a day! The selling price was also above asking and better than what we expected. Very smooth and pleasant experience!
