Initial preparation: For many of our clients, we are in touch well before we actually start looking at properties preparing and educating. This way when the right property comes along, we are first in line.
Home search: One of the real initial obstacles for many buyers is gaining access to properties. If there is a home you want to see, we do whatever it takes to make that happen, including video/virtual showings.
Under contract: Our business is designed to optimize your experience. Our full-time client concierge helps with scheduling, and our Director of Operations manages transactions and keeps timelines on schedule.
Post-close: Busby Group clients know that they are clients for life. We stay in touch with all of our clients, and many reach out on a regular basis for referrals to anything from accountants to plumbers long after they have closed.

Compass Coming Soon (CCS): Compass clients receive exclusive preview alerts and access to Compass listings.
