As a third-generation real estate professional with nearly a decade of experience across Chicago and the Southwest Suburbs, Lindsey brings a rare blend of generational knowledge, legal precision, and award-winning sales experience. Her background spans brokerage, new development, and real estate law, giving her both the strategic insight and technical discipline that align seamlessly with Busby Group’s concierge-level standards.
Now based in Orland Park and serving as a Sales Partner within our Southwest Suburb Collective, Lindsey offers authentic local insight and a thoughtful, detail-driven approach that clients value deeply.
We sat down with Lindsey to learn more about her journey and what excites her most about this next chapter.

What drew you to the Busby Group?
I was drawn to Busby Group for the mentorship, support, brand power, and elevated level of service we provide. Busby Group is a trusted name in the industry, and I’m so excited to be part of such a fun, energetic, and collaborative team.
You’re a third-generation real estate professional. What inspired you to follow in your family’s footsteps?
Real estate truly runs deep in my blood. There is something incredibly special about being a trusted advisor during one of the largest purchases an individual or family will ever make. It’s an honor to help people find the place where they feel safe, build their lives, cook dinners, create traditions, and show up as their most genuine selves.
What are you most excited about in the coming year?
After taking time off to grow my family, I’m excited to reconnect, build strong relationships, and make a lasting impact for the next generation.
Where do you call home, and what do you love about it?
I live in Orland Park and love having so many great grocery stores and shopping options right at my fingertips. I enjoy taking nature walks with my family and our dog in the many forest preserves throughout the area. We also love exploring local farmer’s markets and trying new coffee shops in surrounding communities.
Favorite place to travel?
My favorite place I’ve traveled is South Africa. I took a trip with seven girlfriends to visit Cape Town and go on safari in Botswana and Zimbabwe. It was truly an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Fun fact:
My destination wedding was scheduled for 4/4/2020. When COVID hit, we had to cancel as the world shut down. We quickly obtained our marriage license in Chicago the day before the courts closed and pulled off a ceremony with just me, my husband, and the officiant on our original wedding day. Maybe we’ll plan an epic 25th anniversary celebration.
