When a Chicago Bears player was traded to the team, his agent contacted us with an urgent need for housing near the team's practice facility. Luxury short-term rentals in the area were limited, and the family also needed flexibility should another trade occur.

We located the ideal property and negotiated an early termination clause, giving the family peace of mind if plans changed.
