Located in the heart of Fulton Market, Adalina Prime is a bold reinterpretation of the classic steakhouse, offering a refined yet energetic experience that feels right at home in one of Chicago’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
The Concept and the Chefs
Adalina Prime is led by Chef and Partner Soo Ahn, a MICHELIN-starred chef known for Band of Bohemia and a 2019 Top Chef Season 21 alum, alongside Executive Chef Nemanja Milunovic. Drawing on their diverse culinary and cultural backgrounds, the menu blends traditional steakhouse foundations with globally inspired flavors.
Guests can expect flame-kissed steaks, pristine seafood, vibrant vegetable-forward plates, and a cocktail program designed to complement both the food and the atmosphere.
The Space
