Born and raised in the Midwest, Emily combines a heart of gold with an unmatched work ethic. She first came to Busby Group as a client after moving back to Chicago from Washington, D.C.. She had such a positive experience as a first-time homebuyer that she was inspired to join the team and help others through the process.

Prior to joining Busby Group, Emily honed her expertise in client service, operations, and sales while running a franchise of boutique fitness studios in one of the busiest East Coast markets. At Busby Group, she quickly became instrumental in shaping the team’s in-house concierge services, streamlining processes, and ensuring clients felt fully supported through every step of their move. Known for her client-first mentality, she balances organization with a people-centered approach that makes her an invaluable member of any team.

Now serving as Busby Group’s Operations Manager, Emily oversees all internal and client-facing systems to create a seamless transaction experience from start to finish. With a keen eye for legal terms in contracts, she is highly detail-oriented and helps safeguard clients’ interests throughout the transaction. Her ability to balance precision with care ensures that every deal is handled with both professionalism and heart.
