An Illinois native, Jen brings over 25 years of experience across every facet of real estate to Busby Group’s listing marketing. Since launching her career in 1998, she has worked as a licensed Realtor, mortgage broker, appraiser, and most recently managed operations for one of the North Shore’s top luxury real estate teams. This diverse background gives Jen a complete understanding of the real estate process and a unique ability to view each listing from multiple perspectives — making sure the data and facts are correct, sharing a compelling story about a home, and delivering an excellently prepared property for a buyer.

Today, Jen draws on that extensive foundation to run all listing marketing initiatives for Busby Group. She believes every home has a unique story, and she has a rare talent for capturing and communicating that story so it resonates with the right buyer. Her experience on both the brokerage and operations side allows her to craft strategies that not only showcase a property’s features but also anticipate what will connect most strongly in the market.

Jen is deeply rooted in the Glenview community, where she and her husband raised their two sons along with their golden retriever. Her longtime involvement in local organizations has given her both personal insight and strong neighborhood expertise, making her an excellent resource for clients considering a move to the suburbs and looking to get involved in the community. She is especially enthusiastic about the exciting developments happening in downtown Glenview. A true urban lover at heart, Jen still frequents downtown Chicago for Cubs games and to explore new restaurants. Outside of work, you’ll also find her cheering on her boys at sporting events or enjoying the city’s vibrant cultural scene.
