About Me

A Chicago native who grew up in the real estate business, Katie brings both lifelong industry knowledge and hands-on management expertise to her role as Busby Group’s Director of Concierge. Her parents led one of the North Shore’s top luxury real estate teams, giving Katie an early foundation in the business, and she has been immersed in the intricacies of buying and selling homes from a young age.

Before becoming a licensed Realtor in 2015, Katie built a career in retail sales management, overseeing stores across the Midwest. That experience sharpened her ability to troubleshoot, work with vendors, and deliver an exceptional client experience — skills she now applies daily in running Busby Group’s unique in-house concierge services. With her extensive vendor network spanning both Chicago and the North Shore, Katie ensures clients have access to trusted resources, whether preparing a property for market or settling into a new home.

In addition to leading concierge, Katie continues to serve clients as a licensed broker. She is known for her excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate the twists and turns of a transaction with professionalism and care. Her favorite part of real estate remains helping clients realize their goals and feel at home in their community.

Katie now resides in the North Shore, where she and her husband are raising their two daughters. When not working with clients or coordinating concierge services, she enjoys family life and taking in all that Chicago and the suburbs have to offer.
