Lindsey is a third-generation real estate professional with nearly a decade of high-level experience advising clients on residential transactions across the Chicago market and Southwest Suburbs. Real estate has been a constant throughout Lindsey’s life. Her mother owned a brokerage built on a foundation started by her grandfather, giving Lindsey a rare, multigenerational understanding of the industry that few professionals possess.

A Midwest native, Lindsey grew up in Indiana and graduated from Indiana University before building her professional career in Chicago. Her experience spans brokerage, new development, and legal work, allowing her to approach transactions with both strategic insight and technical precision.

Prior to joining Busby Group, Lindsey was an award-winning sales associate at Belgravia, one of Chicago’s most respected luxury developers known for quality construction and long-standing client trust. There, she gained extensive experience in new construction, valuation, and high-level client service—training that aligns seamlessly with Busby Group’s standards and approach.

Earlier in her career, Lindsey worked as a paralegal at a top-tier real estate law firm, where she developed deep expertise in contracts, due diligence, and transaction risk management. This legal background directly informs her approach today, enabling her to anticipate issues, protect her clients’ interests, and guide transactions with exceptional care and accuracy.

As a Sales Partner within Busby Group’s Southwest Suburb Collective, Lindsey brings a rare combination of generational real estate knowledge, legal acumen, and award-winning sales experience. Now based in Orland Park, she offers authentic local insight, sophisticated negotiation skills, and a disciplined, detail-driven approach that aligns with Busby Group’s concierge-level standards.

Outside of real estate, Lindsey enjoys cooking, reading, golfing, exploring local farmers markets, and spending time outdoors with her husband, two sons, and their Goldendoodle.
